DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
This
multi-purpose project consisted of eight separate buildings and
a fueling facility. The building's designs included a number of
different construction methods and uses. The project contains
an operational laboratory, office administration, warehouse storage
and shops for both heavy equipment and light duty equipment. Included
in this contract was an extensive landscaping package valued at
over $500,000 designed to blend this industrial use facility with
the local communities. The project was completed two months ahead
of schedule which enabled us to collect the full early completion
incentive.
