DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Approximately 25,000 square foot three story office building to house offices occupied by the state of Florida Bureau of Farmers Markets at the Pompano State Farmers Market (One of 15 statewide). The building is a concrete frame structure, a modified bitumen roofing system, an exterior skin of masonry, stucco, and storefront-type windows. The building replaces currently used offices that were built in 1931 and are virtually obsolete.
