Pirtle Construction is proud to celebrate 40 years of constructing quality facilities across South Florida for public clients.  Since 1968, Pirtle Construction Company has been committed to excellence from concept to completion.  As one of Florida's foremost general contractors of Design Build and Construction Management projects, we have earned an enviable reputation for completing projects within budget, on time, and often ahead of schedule.


With an annual project volume between $300 and $350 million dollars, Pirtle, has a wide range of commercial and institutional expertise. Our experience includes the successful completion of K-12 schools, colleges and universities, libraries, cultural arts centers, museums, office buildings and parking garages.


Pirtle is known as a leader in the construction of LEED certified buildings in South Florida. Pirtle has LEED accredited professionals on staff and built the first Silver LEED Certified building in Broward County, the Broward Community College/South Regional Library. Additionally, Pirtle relocated their corporate headquarters to a new office building, the first LEED Office Building in the Town of Davie.


The firm has grown consistently throughout its history by delivering a quality product for a competitive cost, maintaining a high level of client service. As a result of this experience we have been able to amass over 90% repeat business.
